Our Mission

We are the Regional Learning & Skills Partnership (RLSP), and our role is to identify skills gaps across key sectors in South West Wales and to make recommendations to the Welsh Government on which college and higher education (HE) courses should be funded to meet future workforce needs. This means the information you’ll find here is grounded in real data and regional priorities.

Our vision
